I'm sure we could crowdfund a new, better medical system away from the established ones where these workers can be employed. The people have always crowdfunded things of great importance, we never needed permission to do it.

Let them eat our taxes and build towards their new tower of babel while we work towards our goals of securing the future for our children without them. May they perish in permanence.
