It's actually kind of difficult to come up with an accurate name for this thing. Even "COVID shot" is inaccurate, as its function has nothing to do with coronavirus.

We're not sure yet what the scope of its damage will be. Maybe just "evil mystery fluid" for now.

It's an experimental genetic "therapy", but even that doesn't work as therapy/therapeutic are positive terms.I'd go with satan's semen serum.
