funny you say that because USD coin I won't touch. First of all it only gives a .15% interest return when dai is also a stable coin whose value is equal to a dollar, but that offers 2% apy. However, if interest is your game then there is algorand giving 4% but the value is volataile, which could reap you far more than 4%. Also on coinbase you are charged a 1% fee for any crypto conversion except for USD coin which charges a minimum dollar, so I don't even fuck with it.
