I'll wear a mask at work. It's basically a uniform so whatever, besides, when I'm off work I don't want to talk to people about "why I've been off so long" when the company makes me stay home with paid leave if I have the sniffles.

Everywhere else, as long as I'm not sick, I don't do much more than wash my hands.

Otherwise, I do the Japanese thing. If I'm feeling sick, I'll cover my face, sneeze/cough into my elbow, etc. Not so much about covid, just about not giving somebody my cold on the off chance it turns out especially unpleasent.
