This is a classic example of 'pharmakeia'. It is anyone of influence, knowledge, and authority that purposely misleads others so that they are misled and cause to stumble and be grievously harmed.

Pharmakeia can be a politician, virologist, a doctor, lawyer, or your pastor. The bible says these people will be especially dealt with and will experience not only death, but the second death too.
