Did our government ever apologize or make reparations or amends to the black communities for the Tuskegee and similar experiments on the black communities? Did the medical or scientific communities?

Why would anyone trust pharma?

I’m getting to the point where I think the vast majority of medical miracles were outright lies or fraud.
