Exactly.

I recall there being an overhead video of the event, which I can't find anymore, and this guy with his 'legs blown off' in the wheelchair was wheeled around the event 3 times looking for cameras to put him in front of. They didn't give a shit about getting him to an ambulance, just in front of cameras.
