Woke up yesterday with every symptom. Felt horrible!!!!!! Took ivermectin, vit.c& d and zinc. Within three hours started feeling better. 24 hours later now starting to get smell and taste back.

I take 10,000 IU of D3 per day (I hope you mean 5000 IU and not 5 grams!) but it depletes magnesium so I also take 300 mg Magnesium citrate twice a day.
Lack of magnesium can cause muscle spasms, cramps and migraine.

Consuming wheat in any form affects the metabolism and utilization of Vit D3. Quit the wheat and Vit D3 levels will rise almost without effort.
Do you think that's due to the wheat alone or the glyphosate too? Asking because I developed extreme gluten intolerance in my mid 30s and it made no sense to me, still doesn't
The wheat we eat today a lot due to demand. People wanted white bread and pastries, thee demand for more and more refined. Its pretty much recently that people are realizing how bad it is for us.
The heart muscle loves magnesium.
