Remedy(ies) for covid cough

I recently posted about my nephew and his wife coming down with the rona. I supplied ivermectin and NAC. They’re doing much better but nephew can’t get rid of a deep nagging cough. Need recommendations pedes and thanks

No wonder I love this site.

Been have that bad dry lingering cough for 7 days now after the 'ronas (which I took care of with the paste, C, D and zinc). But that dang cough was tough - I just swapped out my nose with a Qtip of Hydrogen Peroxide and gargled with it. It's only been a couple hours but hardly any cough. I totally feel like something changed - immediately. Going to put a few drops in the humidifier tonight,
