Hey Fren, how strong is your "friendship"? Do you see this person regularly? Do they impact any significant area of your life to the extent that not seeing them, talking to them or hanging out with them will come as a detriment to you?
If the answer to these questions is no, you must sever ties with this person.
I know this sounds cult-like in a way... but you must ask yourself:
Is there a chance to "save" this person"; and will they listen to me when I show them evidence of the vax danger?
and then you must ask yourself
Can I co-exist with this person despite my non-vaxxed status? Will they judge me harshly and recoil against my unvaxxed status?
or
Will they accept me for who I am regardless of the vaxx status, and respect my choice even though they themselves are an ardent jabber?
With these metrics in mind, you must then make a decision on whether or not this one person, out of the 7+ billion people on this planet, is worth trying to "save" and is it worth your time and energy to maintain the relationship?
I don't see him regularly in person anymore. He's in Houston, I'm in Austin. Nearly all of my closest friends are in Houston now that I think about it. I play Xbox with him regularly, tho. That's how we basically started out friendship was us loving Battlefield 3 and playing it together. Without Xbox, I wouldn't have my closest friends in general. I'm just gonna have to keep trying with him. My other best friend is an "ardent" jabber and idk if he can be saved. He already doesn't like it that his girlfriend refused to get it.
