First of all, WTF is up with her tweet? It's like she's saying goodbye to an exchange student that dropped in for a few weeks during the summer.

As to the crux of the issue here, I doubt she'll ever understand that her stupidity murdered her child. She won't be able to allow herself to come to grips with her stupidity and irresponsibility.

Oh and for anyone that's wondering, that "MPH" in her title stands for "Master of Public Health".
