Most twitter bots skew heavily to the left, and this “lady’s” twitter account seems very robotic. Ostensibly, the account is leftist: pro-vaxx, credentialist, virtue signaling, and oblivious to causality. But like you say, the average reader can deconstruct the account’s sequence of tweets and recognize the absurdity. Maybe it is a soft red pilling. Maybe there are white hat bots who are doing the Lord’s work in mysterious ways. Using bots to imitate leftists in humiliating fashion might be one of the few ways to get around twitter’s censorship.
