Wonderful! Read the reviews of the stuff you purchased on Amazon- there are some really helpful tips in there, particularly regarding proper cilantro oil use. The protocol includes this as well, but the anecdotal experiences made it clear that this is a very serious thing and that it absolutely works- and to take it very slow and be patient so you don’t overdo the detox! You have decades of heavy metals and toxins tucked away all over your body and in your fat cells and your liver can only process so much at a time, so don’t vigorously shake up the snow globe right away or you may suffer the effects of heavy metal toxicity!
On my grocery list I added a reminder:
“Check for aluminum, titanium, TBHQ, canola, soy in processed foods.” And anything that has to be abbreviated (BHT or BHA or PEG 80) or has a number added to it should be looked up and probably put back. Most food coloring also has aluminum. It’s shocking how many foods this eliminates, get ready for some 3 hour grocery trips! But once you get a feel for what is good and what is not, it gets easy pretty quickly.
Once you eliminate the garbage foods, you won’t miss them- they taste terrible once you drop your acquired taste for them. Seriously, the soy added to everything is disgusting. Good fats like beef, butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, flaxseed oil, and cheese and cut out all added refined sugar and refined wheat and you will begin feeling better quickly. I dropped sugar and refined wheat and my LDL went from 189 to 46 in 40 days. With the added good fats (I am mostly Scandinavian, your specific needs may vary), my HDL is climbing as well!
I will remember what u said about detoxing slowing, I have a habit of if a little works a lot has to work better . Kind of like the concept of over watering plants which I constantly do . I’ll remember to go slowly and I’ll read what u sent me ,now
