I don't get it, that looks like a set, especially with the fake ass sunshine in the windows. How is this supporting the movie path, if every bit of this looks fake? I get the pulling the curtain back analogy, but was this originally intended to trick the viewer into thinking this was the actual press room of the White House? Was this supposed to be real?

It was in the Eisenhower Executive Building, not the usual press room in the WH
