'Hoping President Trump's statements about him "being shot", "losing (half?) his head" and the like are true and that we're watching an actor or a double. BUT, if not, this is EXACTLY what I've been saying for months.

He's scammed the system and has been a despicable, lying, selfish, arrogant, perverse scumbag for almost all of his approximately 50 years in "public service". Even though he says Hunter is the "smartest man I know," he probably believes HE's the smartest man he knows.

The dude has billions of dollars/assets and his very life at stake. Plus, he's a bully and a coward. So, faking mental inability to stand trial (in ways we've been seeing and hearing about for over a year) to avoid prosecution and punishment would precisely fit his M.O..

(Note how coherent and NOT at-a-loss-for-words he can be when triggered or in more low-pressure settings. For example, he was easily and clearly responding/chatting when getting the jab this week.)

Additional musing - If the fake were to succeed, he might even plan to show himself as unquestionably NOT being mentally unfit the instant it'd appear that he'd successfully "gotten away with it" and dodged all potential bullets in order to prove to the world how "smart", cunning and superior he is and to give a big "f-ck you" to everyone, especially those who had the audacity to try to go after him.
