There was a Frontline episode over a decade ago about all the NSA and Homeland Security buildings that were in plain site in office parks, but actually went several levels underground. So it looks like a normal insurance company building, but is another world entirely. I tried to find the episode recently and couldn't. It was sometime maybe in 2003 or 2004.
