This. Too many shit tier laws get back doored being attached to decent laws. There should not be items relating to health care in a infrastructure bill. There should not be gun laws in a budget bill, etc. This is part of why D.C. is corrupt. Remember 401k was a hidden gem found by someone in a big bill.
