from what sounds like, soon 70% of our countrymen will be in very rough medical shape:

Particularly military, seniors, and health workers.

I there anything that can ever return them back to normal?

The fact that those drugs are being prescribed and used around the world and now in the US, should negate the EUA of the vax, as that is the only reason the EUA was implemented because "they" said there were no other therapeutics.
