from what sounds like, soon 70% of our countrymen will be in very rough medical shape:

Particularly military, seniors, and health workers.

I there anything that can ever return them back to normal?

Clif High predicts ~1.2 billion deaths. Not that he can 100% predict the future, but even if he is right that is still much better than the 6-7 billion they wanted to kill. Be prepared for a rough time. We'll have to rebuild society after we take down this death cult.
