from what sounds like, soon 70% of our countrymen will be in very rough medical shape:

Particularly military, seniors, and health workers.

I there anything that can ever return them back to normal?

Not fucking getting it. Just like the Mark of the Beast, it's voluntary. Nobody is getting held down and forcibly vaccinated.
