The ancient city of ROME is built on 7 hills.
Strangely enough, Vatican Hill is not considered one of the original 7 hills of Rome, because it is located outside of the ancient city.
DC was also called "Rome" in the 1600's, is on 7 hills, and the land was owned by a man named Frances Pope. ;)
