Pediatricians got a bonus for vaccinating the majority of children with the full vaccine schedule (75+ doses of various vaccines).

If you didn’t want to vaccinate, or only wanted partial vaccinations, they could lose their entire bonus. They are nothing but glorified drug salesmen.
