IIRC 'FLYNN' has to come first (Granted that's surely intertwined to 'FISA=START')

Also worth noting, when Q says FISA = START in Apr 10 2020 (post 3929) they also link to webster's definition for "start". Here is a web archive of websters link less than 24 hours after the Q drop: https://web.archive.org/web/20200411171601/https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/start

Might be definition 4 that's relevant (Q post 3791 "[4] FISAs")
