Be wary of decoding systems like gematria that have incredibly high collision rates. They would be very poor at sending a coded message and might only serve as a medium-confidence message authentication code for a pre-known code to both parties.
Ones like gematrix.org are an exercise in echo chamber logic, as they reinforce the views on things people view so that conspiracy-related topics tend to bubble up near the top of nearly every combination, as those are what are searched for and viewed the most.
There are a number of military-related "Q-incidences" in tweets that I've seen, but many could easily be actual coincidences noticed by over-eager anons.
I take "How many coincidences before mathematically impossible?" as a barometer. The low-confidence signals should be taken with a grain of salt unless properly taken in connection with other low-confidence signals.
