Being unconstitutional, there is no reason to comply with anything in the bill.
I know a small cattle farmer, and he said he only gets about $1 a pound for his cattle. An average bull weighs only 2,400 pounds. I'm sure he won't be complying with this crap.
Steak is $20 a pound in the store right now. Haven’t had steak in a long time as a result. It’s ridiculous. Sticking to chicken, turkey, not a huge fan of pork. Ground beef isn’t too expensive, wonder why? Are they hiding something in it?
I can still get 80% or better hamburger for less than $4 a pound. I never buy it unless it's on sale. I buy large quantities and repackage it in pound packages for freezing.
I don't care for steak as much as my wife does. We know when the local store marks down meat to get rid of it before it goes out of date. We can get beef that's still good for half price. We either cook it that same day or freeze it.
I love pork. We know of a small grocery store in another town that sells whole pork loins really cheap about once a month. They will cut it up into roasts and boneless chops for free. We have a lot of that in our freezer.

Then he wont be in business.
There are enough relatives that we can buy up what he doesn't butcher for himself. For that kind of deal, I'd buy another chest freezer.
