It's intended to take your attention away from the fact Trump's administration only provided expedited pathways for vaccine manufacturers. ...and he's right. They did a great job with that.

They want you to ignore the vaccine manufacturers altogether in the equation. The whole schtick is predicated on absolving them from liability of anything and everything. They're the fucks we should be publicly crucifying.
