I don't see where it changes the definition of mandate to law. It says "laws that mandate"...which is exactly what laws do. Of course, there are no laws that mandate vaccinations but I think this is a little misleading. If you posted the definition of "mandate" and it said it was the same thing as a law, then you'd have something. This simply defines anti-vaxxer as someone that opposes laws that mandate vaccination. Or am I just confused?
