Does America’s Front Line Doctors suggest the same protocol post jab? I couldn’t find any info on their site about it.

Side note: I know there have been threads about this, but the girl I've been seeing for a few months thinks she has covid and is very sick. What regimen do you all recommend if I can't get ivermectin? I gave her D3 and K2 and Complex B yesterday.
zinc zinc zinc
Also, you can still order the horse paste version of ivermectin from Amazon. Just got some bimectin recently delivered.
Best,

Also, quercetin and zinc, there is a product on Amazon that comes with it premixed that I take.
Vitamin c with lipsomal (Amazon) Quercitin with zinc and bromelain D3 Vitamin c

There is 0 chance they'll get that in any meaningful time. I'm still waiting for my 09/06 prescription. I ended up ordering some ivermectin from some sketchy Indian pharmacy. I'll see if he wants a tube of horsepaste.
Do you need a tube of horse paste? Each notch is 4mg of ivermectin. Try a tractor supply or something if you can get locally. I can send one if need be.
Thank you for everyone's help. I went to Blains to get some "Horse Health (ivermectin paste) 1.87% Anthelmintic and Boticide. Is this safe for human consumption?
I'm not an expert but the brand you bought doesn't sound safe for humans. The 1.87% is what you want, but the ivermectin needs to be the only active ingredient, so if it says Anthelmintic and Boticide on top of the ivermectin it's probably not safe. You don't want any additional anti-parasitics, just the ivermectin.
This site has all the info you need to find the correct type of horse paste:

PM me if you have further questions, as I said I'm not an expert but I've researched horse paste pretty extensively so I have some knowledge on the subject.
