Elite Evil moves at glacial pace. It plans and puts its agents in every place in the society, it indoctrinates, and then it sits and wait and waits ... slowly, slowly, people never realising they are going to be drowning in the glacier.

Operation Warpspeed - made the glacier move at warpspeed, waking people in the process. Trump took away their very important advantage - stealth and slow pace.
