To anyone from that tribe reading this: I mean no disrespect towards Mr. Costello, but this man was a poor leader and role model.

Community leaders have a responsibility to carefully consider decisions, especially when the community is looking for guidance. He did not carefully consider this decision and he paid the ultimate price for it.

Expect and demand better. Learn from his mistake and for anyone rising to take his place, do better.
