Genuine questions:

How do humans acquire parasites? I get how livestock may shit relatively close to where they eat, but most people wash and/or cook their food.
How have humans removed parasites in prior generations?
When did the regular removal of parasites in humans stop?

You touch the flusher and toilet after pissing, which someone could have touched with the pissiest hands. Unless you're an actual troglodyte and don't flush/leave the cover up so the toilet distributes piss particles through your breathing air.
