Warp speed was intended to stop them from their great reset plans and long term lockdowns. Accelerated their plans before they were ready to unleash it all.

We now see what they planned to do leading up to 2029.

Bill Gates has said the key dates were 2022, 2024, etc...which all line up with US election years. So far lockdowns measures remain in various parts of the US and things are not back to normal and it is 2021 with 2022 fast around the corner.
