That's the Army motto ... hurry up and wait. At least that's what my husband always said when they had to "hurry up" to get their gear together when they go on standby, then they sit around forever "waiting" to go. Frustrated the my husband, and I can say it frustrates me to ... all the waiting for things to happen.
