The definition of the word is by persuade someone unwilling by using force or threats.

Let's look at your statement again.

Saying you're going to get fired if you don't do something isn't a threat.

You don't seem to understand your own contradiction.

Saying do x or I'll impose consequences isn't force.

It absolutely is. The fact that you can't see it doesn't mean it is not a threat to ... "persude someone unwilling."

Words have meanings.

Which you don't seem to comprehend.

People aren't being forced. And I meant to type threatened in quotes.

Being told you're not allowed to enter a building if you don't comply with their rules isn't a threat.

They're being pathetic and entitled and spoiled and delusional and they're dying because of it.
