I'm not sure why we have to always be "respectful" these people have no respect or care about us and the numbers to call this one or that one come with cautions about being respectful. I usually am very respectful--but I, like a lot of others, are fed up with these people and what they do and how they treat us. It is time to be forceful, firm, and totally honest with them. Don't back down.
