I was reading about how so many people have their life savings invested in this giant company that is about to come crashing down. One investor at a company meeting put a knife to their own throat and threatened to end their life right there. This is starting to sound like the Wall Street Crash of 1929, but China-style... and it sounds like it may result in mass suicide...
Just a thought.

The innocent individual lenders losing all their wealth is not the part that will be fun to see. Let's hope they hang tough and claw their lives back to a good standing.
the defaults by Evergrande will cause many of the big financial cabals to take multi-billion losses, which will escalate and kill many of the bigger funds and banks etc.
Admittedly, nothing in Q's posts that refer to 'suicide weekend' have any reference to China. However, this is the first event which might actually trigger something like a 'suicide weekend' event...
