It is bizarre, I checked several other sites (Twitter.com, etc.) and they're not for sale, just Facebook.com specifically. It also seems to be that only Facebook.com is for sale on DomainTools, not any other site like Name.com or GoDaddy.

DomainTools seems to be a legitimate business, so it is strange they would put something like this.
