Brandon? I can tell it rhymes with Fuck Joe Biden but where did it come from? Did some broadcaster think people were chanting let's go Brandon?

That attempt will backfire miserably, because no one knows who Brandon is or what he's accomplished but they'll certainly know who Biden is and how blatantly destructive he is. Plus it just makes them look like they're trying to hide something.
