I saw that also, but the first paragraph says it was reported on Monday and article is dated yesterday 10/4/21. So don’t know what to make of it either, though I’m glad these smugglers were caught no matter when it was.

I mean it's fairly easy to put together. The outage had nothing to do with the bust, since the bust was done days before.
