I think there was definitely a plan and cooperation with some leaders in the Taliban behind the scenes in Afghanistan to rid the country of our bad guys including Obama's ISIS and C eye A before our military was pulled out. But Fuck Joe did what he does best - fucked it up. Someday I would like to hear the "deal" they really made with Prez Trump.
