1)I went to pushhealth.com 2) Registered and asked for a doctor consult with a doc who can prescribe in my state, they responded within hours. 3)Received an email from doctor and asked for Ivermectin and HCQ as I had been exposed to covid and some completed health screening questions 4) He said he doesnt write RX for HCQ because pharmacies wont fill. He did send RX for Ivermectin to my pharmacy and charged $90 for consult 5) My pharmacy (Kroegers) would not fill and I recontacted Dr by email 6) They sent me a list of on line pharmacies and offered refund if I could not fill 7) I decided to go back to my pharmacy armed with this info and told them I would be contacting the state pharmacy board (Overcoming-Pharmacy-Barriers.pdf) 8) My pharmacy became very helpful and called another pharmacy in my town and I was able to get it filled for $295.00 for 72 pills and has 1 refill.

I tried to attach the pdf form referred to on #7 but it is 7 pages from "Front Line Covid19 Critical Care Alliance" on patient rights related to Ivermectin and it wouldnt copy properly. Im sure you can find on their website if you need it.

The American front line doctors website is a little confusing. Basically you’re signing up for an appointment in advance, and paying for it in advance. But you can only order the hydroxychloroquine or the ivermectin. You can’t order both so it’s a little confusing.

I would just fill out the form, ask for the ivermectin, pay and then they’ll call you. If they don’t call you or you don’t have the appointment they will refund you it’s no big deal.

Now that being said… There are other websites and doctors where you can get this medication. If you give me a few minutes I’ll try and locate some of the posts, or links. I just can’t remember off the top of my head.

I did this last night!! The site for AFLD is a bit cumbersome but if I can navigate I know you can! You have to register w basic info, create your log in w email, your chosen password., Choose topic COVID 19 Answer the questions on each page and arrow thru to next page.( yellow arrows hard to see) swipe the “ menu” off screen to the left if it’s in the way to begin- that’s how dumb I was the first try last week! You will be asked for medications, ht, wt, allergies etc. there’s a paragraph at beginning to describe reason for consultation. I just said- “ interested in meds for preventative or early treatment of cov 19” Have a pic of your photo ID and a face shot of yourself in your photo library/ as both will be asked to be imported into boxes near the end. Have a credit card ready to put in or scan w info for the 90$ consult fee. I was not given option to choose a doc and I don’t think it’s typical but I got a call within 30 minutes at 10:37 pm!!!! He apologized for calling late but I was amazed! My call was about 14 min long.,I have some heart conditions and he divulged he was a Johns Hopkins doc and actually knew of the JH docs I worked for before my retiring!! Very nice man and I got all my questions addressed( make a list ahead of time!!!) I have ivermectin, azithromycin and zinc 50 coming soon thru their mail order Rx. I didn’t ask price but I wasn’t going to refuse anyway.
Got an email confirming Rxs but Rx has not contacted me today but it has not been 24 hrs yet. Hope this helps in some way. Your card isn’t charged until doc calls and I later got confirmation email of that as well. If I am able to get HCQ and/or Ivermectin....would I still take the antibody treatment? Doc said I would be a candidate for that (she won't do the others) but I'm concerned about it's availability since creepy man is trying to redistribute it. Thank you all for your suggestions and advice! Your help is sincerely appreciated. Through the FLCCC site I was able to find Accudoc Urgent Care (Indiana/Ohio) and had a telehealth visit for $149 and a script was sent to my local compounding pharmacy in Columbus. Cost of Ivermectin for me is $45 with a refill. I chose them because they don't send you the medicine (from who knows where)...they fax in a script to your trusted pharmacy so find one that will fill it before your appt. If I come down with covid, I just call them and they will send in other necessary scripts. My GP has already agreed to refer for monoclonal antibody infusion. In the meantime, I will follow Dr. Zolenko's protocol and hope to avoid the gain of function bio weapon.
