The military, or any other court, would need expert witnesses to testify that what the medical establishment is doing is clearly mal-practice, with knowledge of the ill-effects of the "vaccines", and knowledge of treatments, that are suppressed/blocked/censored, that work, with this evidence presented to a judge/jury.
