Sort by year so that 2020 is at the top. Now look at live births. 2020 is 3,605,201. The average over the last 15 years is in the high 3 to 4 million range so let's say 4 million.

just fyi most of the kids are runaways from foster care that are eventually found, the number of abductions is not this high but still a problem none the less.

Probably a lot more if we add in imports and illegal’s children.
