My family uses it and I try to keep up with them. I also play one of the FB games and I'm an admin in several groups.

I did too until I realized it enabled them to use it as a crutch to not put in real effort.

I focused on real life snd things improved immensely

I use to be very Anti-FB and not using it at all, I find it commendable to the people over there (like you) trying to spread the truth and fight against it..you have more patience than I.
