I cannot Upvote this enough. If there was EVER an 'extended' or perma-stickie, this post should be given time for everyone to see it. ... at least for the next several weeks.

MODS: I truly wish you would consider it. Of all the posts I've read since joining GAW, this PSA really really really deserves an extended stay on stickie more than any of the thousands I've read.
