I dunno, if you are being forced to discriminate, there are plenty of other jobs for the vaccinated. He's basically doing other faggot restaurants a favour. Trying to get a job as a pureblood would be a LOT harder. IMO he did the right thing given the hand he was dealt. Assuming this is real. And assuming OSHA actually can fine businesses.
