Absolutely DO NOT TRY FOR A MEDICAL EXEMPTION
You will get denied.
I recently met with a lawyer who specifically said not to submit a medical AND religious exemption.
ONLY SUBMIT A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION
Anyone who tells you differently is completely uninformed.
Religion is considered a “protected class” under the civil rights act. Medical stuff is not.
So what you need to do is write a religious exemption in your own words—one that is SINCERE.
Employers can reject your letter if they discover you copy&pasted from a template.
IT MUST BE SINCERE
Please head this warning. My mother in law was rejected because she submitted a medical exemption before her religious exemption. She was fired.
Can anyone confirm the merits of this position?
This is in regards to the Project Veritas Pfizer Whistleblower who exposed willful misconduct in not only not disclosing information to the public but also lying to the public and then taking a corporate position that they must continue with the lie - as I understand it.
From another pede: Pfizer INTENTIONALLY WITHHELD INFORMATION about the fetal cells [either in the vax or at the very least used] to make the vax. This is WILLFUL MISCONDUCT and should mean THE LIABILITY WAIVERS ARE NULL AND VOID!!"
People who were harmed by a vaccine should be able to sue now on these grounds - right?
That information being willfully misdirected on the specifics of the use of fetal cells in the development of their jab and not in the production was misleading. Although probably unethical, Pfizer's behavior does not violate any laws or regulations that would affect waivers. That would only happen if it could be proven that they willfully violated the law with specific intent that caused harm to people. That is a very high threshold of proof that would have to be produced. That usually happens when it can be proven that data was deliberately manipulated that then resulted in an unsafe product being given to the public. Much is the situation now, but no one so far has been willing to challenge this criminally and I am not sure it can be done with the waivers. These companies are pretty much insulated from accountability.
