Have her ask the company for the Executive Order (EO) that states the vaccine is mandated for companies over 100 employees (or for any company), from another article I read on this site--it isn't filed yet for the public. OSHA hasn't written any guidelines to date either. So there really is no mandate (and technically they can't mandate a vaccine--my body--my choice). Make sure she gets fired if she ends up not taking it, advise her it is best instead of quitting--then she has some protections.
