See above comment. We don't have evidence they lied about what is in the jab. We have evidence that they lied about using fetal tissues in their testing of the jab. The fetal tissue likely is in the jab but the PV video did not expose that but rather that fetal tissue was used in testing and that Pfizer is deliberately lying to the public about that.
