You obviously don't know the process, or you are impatient. Either way, this is not based on your timeline. They know the time limit.

And I'm sure AG Brnovich knows that, as do most of us. Haste makes waste. Meaning, he has to make sure all of his ducks are in order before he does anything, otherwise he could lose the entire case. Do you want him to just file charges and then have those cases thrown out of court because of shoddy work? And he would have to start all over again. Do it right the first time. Patience is a virtue.
